“I sent an email to Estaban Vargas yesterday to say that I had cancelled, never got notifications that the landowner was trying to teach me, and now think that I was charged $300 for a trip that I didn’t take. Why wasn’t my trip cancelled ? Why don’t you send notifications that landowners are communicating ? Why has he not responded to my email ? Not happy with your service at all.”

“Unfortunately, I did not get to experience camping at Slippery Creek Farm… My reservation was cancelled and when I reached out to the Camp Host I was told it was a glick and it was already booked. I reached out to the Tentrr office and was supposed to get a call back and never did. The charge went thru on my card - just disputed and waiting for response. I was very disappointed with this being my 1st camping experience as it was for my 1 year wedding anniversary and bought some gear to bring with us. I look forward to maybe experiencing it another time.”

“Tried to book 2 nights. My card was charged right away.still no answer regarding confirmation about the Already paid trip Tenrr was called .after 3 hours holding and waiting for customer rep and 2 emails I cancelled my trip So sorry... Now I have to wait how many days for my money”
