It started about just fine… until I find out the Christopher manager of the camp had access to take our belongings to our site but said he couldn’t do so… so we had to pack them all the way☹️when we ask for more water he told us were to get it….my reservation was for four days we were put out after three days…so giving it a 1 ⭐️ Is to much. I will stay in tentrr again but not at this site…..need to get a new manager of the sites

Hello Nicole, I'm sorry to hear about that. We have a new host at the park and process for checking in. I hope you do try our other sites and parks. Maybe even give Hawks Nest a shot at redemption. Thank you for all your time and feedback it's greatly appreciated. If you have any more questions or concerns feel free to reach out to me at hbowen@tentrr.com Thank you for your time Hunter

We feel the experience was extremely misrepresented online. We did not expect to have a toilet to assemble and a bag shower OUT IN THE OPEN. Overall we are very angry and feel our experience was overpriced and disappointing. No access to water. No proper toilet. No proper shower… and to add to that- we booked these sites based on the fact that they said they allowed two cars. We were charged an additional daily fee for extra cars upon entrance and at that point we could’ve booked a very nice hotel with a toilet and shower and much much more. 0 stars- honestly. We will never recommend tentrr

Not a great experience. I gave it 1 star because at least the park was beautiful. Had a mouse nest in the tent when we arrived, along with mommy mouse and several babies. We had to evict them. Had a wasp nest hanging from the ceiling, with a good dozen wasps on it. That was a problem, too. Fairly ridiculous amount of spider webs/cobwebs all over. Each of these can be expected in nature, but not if someone in charge of this program spends 10 minutes cleaning up the tent before you arrive. Also, it was a solid 15 minute hike to the tent. Don't remember seeing that in the description anywhere, but it would have made a big impact on my decision. You should make that painfully obvious. Site location of the tent was in a swamp. I paid to have a tent already set up. I expected it would be set up in a somewhat intelligent location. Not so here. If anyone would have wanted to use the extra tent provided, they would have been soaked. As it was, the time around the pathetically small space for a campfire was severly muddy. Propane tank was empty. Maybe it's supposed to be, but if you're going to have one there, it should be full, or instructions left for where and how to get it filled. No water was provided, even though it was communicated that a 5 gallon jug of water would be provided. What made matters worse was the communication, and lack thereof. I communicated at least a handful of times via email, text, the website before we ever came and never did I get a response. The only response I got was from 'Nick' who answered the mystery number the state park gave me when I told them what I was there for. He had no idea we were even camping there that night, but told us where to find the tent, which was at least helpful. When I told him about the propane tank, he said he'd come out next day and fill it - then proceeded to not come out and never to communicate again. Interesting idea of customer service. So, overall, it was a train wreck. I would not do it again and won't recommend it to anyone I know.

We were given the wrong address of where to go. Our campkeeper had very poor communication and was hard to get ahold of. Once talking with customer service we were sent the proper coordinates and upon arrival, other guests were staying at our spot. It turned out we were double booked. We had driven 3 hours to get there.

They are using the term "fully equpped" very very loosely here. At 155 a night, we were expecting a luxurious camping experience. Not so, no water, no toilet(tentrr loo is a chair with a hole), no sun shower (dont know what that means). The closest facility for water and bathroom is a good drive away. The tent is not very cleanly kept and will definitely not hold 4 people. Some positives, It's got great view, quiet environment. Will not book with Tentrr again.

The tent wasn't even there. Actually, it was there and someone was LIVING in it. We wound up sleeping by the lake anyway, because we had nowhere else to go. I was never refunded, either, to add insult to injury.

Unfortunately, I did not get to experience camping at Slippery Creek Farm… My reservation was cancelled and when I reached out to the Camp Host I was told it was a glick and it was already booked. I reached out to the Tentrr office and was supposed to get a call back and never did. The charge went thru on my card - just disputed and waiting for response. I was very disappointed with this being my 1st camping experience as it was for my 1 year wedding anniversary and bought some gear to bring with us. I look forward to maybe experiencing it another time.

I sent an email to Estaban Vargas yesterday to say that I had cancelled, never got notifications that the landowner was trying to teach me, and now think that I was charged $300 for a trip that I didn’t take. Why wasn’t my trip cancelled ? Why don’t you send notifications that landowners are communicating ? Why has he not responded to my email ? Not happy with your service at all.
