TESSUTI is JD SPORTS !!! ordered on-line, everything showed in stock great I payed for the items all ok. Email saying your order is getting processed and will be with you soon. Great once again !! Everyday text saying sorry for delay we are getting your order ready !! 3 weeks later I get a email stating your order has been dispatched. Hmmm ok at least it’s on it’s way. Package arrived 2 out of 6 items in it and a message your order has been delivered. Phoned customer services demanded refund for missing items to which I got thank god. And said other items out of stock sorry. “Dear Tessuti Would it not be easier to contact the customer within 72 hours or update your systems so your items show on-line IN STOCK or OUT OF STOCK before they order? “ just a thought it wasn’t hard might defuse these bad reviews your getting. Went to the Trafford centre store and was disgusted by the service. Was returning an item and was made out to be a liar and given some horrible attitude when wasn’t provoked. I explained I wasn’t advised on terms of refund at point of sale and the highly strung guy at till was totally sure of what his colleague would have advised me even though he wasn’t there. Manager came along and lady was fine and actually told the guy to shut up as he had a bit of an attitude. Poor and not professional. No issue in abiding by the terms but there is no excuse for poor customer service and an horrible attitude and implying a customer is lying. Expected better when buying high priced goods won’t be shopping there again.

I purchased an expensive pair of Mallets and after paying for them in store was informed discount was only for online purchase. The store attendant ordered a pair online and arranged for them to be delivered to my home. On 22.12.2022 the items arrived but were wrong product and size so Tessuti customer service told me to go to Gateshead Metrocentre as they had my size and style in stock and then to call once resolved for gift card as it was warehouse fault. After driving in Xmas traffic i got to store and was given another wrong size and then told they didnt have any 8's in stock and to choose something else or get a refund which i did but was given no apology. After calling customer service after a long wait the customer service assistant cut me off and when i called back was told i needed to take it up with store as it was their issue. I requested a manager and was told they had left for day. I am Very disappointed with this service for the price of goods purchased.

Tessuti have failed to deliver my order and now refused to refund. Spoke to Evri who have said the delivery was made to a doorstep of a closed door, my contract is with tessuti.. I have been told by them to go to the citizens advise. How on earth is this company still in business !! I am reporting you to trading standards

Poor customer service at the Blackburn store, manger is rude, unprofessional and patronising. The store does not commit to the policy's stated on tehir website. Avoid at all cost, spend your money at a more loyal store.

I purchased a jacket 2 weeks ago. Paid ÂŁ140 and its for sale now ÂŁ87. I have spoken to customer service who wasn't even trying to help. Very disappointed and will never use this company again.

If I could give minus stars I would. It was recently my birthday so I gifted my self with trainers. I ordered three pairs of trainers and upon arrival, I opened the parcel only to find one box of trainers out of the three that I ordered. I still had faith so I assumed that there was going to be two deliveries for my order. Still to be safe, I went on to contact Tessuti directly who informed me that there was only one delivery and that my delivery had been completed as far as they were aware. I contacted DPD to ask if there was possibly two parcels in my order because I almost thought the delivery driver had stolen one of the parcels. At this point they informed me that they didn’t do any of the packaging, they simply just collected the already packaged parcel from the Tessuti store. My heart sank to my stomach. I emailed Tessuti to take this up with them and even attached video footage taken from my ring door bell to give them an idea of the size of the delivery parcel. This was to illustrate that it wouldn’t have been possible to fit 3 boxes of trainers in that particular delivery box. The delivery box was just slightly bigger than the box of trainers that had been delivered. They didn’t even download the footage that I sent to them and replied “Upon reviewing your claim, we do believe the order has been delivered successfully and we will be taking no further action.  If you do wish to take this further, we would advise to contact your payment provider.” This sort of behaviour makes me sick to my stomach. Considering DPD didn’t do any of the packaging and simply just picked up the parcel from the Tessuti store, I think Tessuti are in on the scandal. There was no obvious damage to my parcel. You always hear about these things happening to other people, but I never thought I would experience something so shocking at the end of 2022. Tessuti are literally trying to steal over £600 worth of goods from me.

They do not deserve 1star. Avoid at all cost. Returns service is horrendous. Returned my items 1 month ago and no refund although received an email confirming they have received them. After calling them they said I needed to send proof of postage! Does. It make sense, when they sent me an email confirm they received them.. any excuse to to return my money

This company have no concept of customer service. An order on the the 19th of December still not arrived and email after email of lies. Phone them and auto system tells you the order is with the courier and a link will be sent in seconds...nothing. Then on hold for 11 minutes when the music cuts and you are left with what sounds like an open line, then the line is cut. Auto chat tells me I should have the order delivered by the 24th December!! Countless emails telling me it is waiting for the courier, then it hasn't been picked yet, then it is with the courier and I can't get a refund, just don't accept the order ,then it has been lost in transit and they are refunding me even though part of the order is still available on line. Then the ultimate insult..a 10% reduction on my next order with a value over ÂŁ100!!!! ANYBODY CAN GET THIS ONLINE!!!! I will pursue this company for the rest of my natural life or until they get me my order or a suitable alternative.

Still waiting for my order almost a month and still has not arrived! Quick to take over ÂŁ200 worth of purchase but unable to dispatch the items on time before Christmas l! Other websites/stores have been able to do so. What is going on?

Ordered my wife's new coat and a few more bits totaling to 450 pounds on the 16th of november for her birthday on the 25th of november, also paid for 2 day delivery, it's now the 6th of December and I've repeatedly emailed and asked but nothing is happening, in been egnored and it's not even going to be here for xmas by the looks of things

I returned my Kingsland trainers and 2 months later still no refund. Absolutely disgusting service, tracking shows they have the item too. Would never use again. 160 down the drain. thieving company

Tessuti is a JUMPED UP NOTHING COMPANY A BUNCH OF LIARS AND THIEVES this so called designer company will go bust soon school kids could run it better. The police or trading standards are going to have to get involved with this cause its actually stealing money from people and its alot of PEOPLE this as happened to. I spent 220 pounds on 2 jumpers they didnt arrive they lost them. They dont want to know just keep your money customer care is none existent. It wont be long be before these clowns go under im looking forward to hearing about it soon. AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AND A DISGRACE.

Awful awful , bought a top returned still waiting for refund had to chase send emails still no refund then they have sent me a top out which I don’t want, asked for refund weeks ago and still chasing awful do not shop here!!

Best to avoid these scammers, sale items are all customer returns, avoid, mail order is a joke, they send anything or nothing just to keep hold of your money, all staff are a bit dim, but think there cool working here, laughable
