Dozens off calls to Tessuti filled all the relevant forms in to be told basically get on with it we won\u2019t resend your order or refund worst customer service ever not once did I receive a call or email from Tessuti I will never have goods sent by this company again I would advise people not to use this company if getting home delivery as they are awful and if any issues you will not be getting your money back I Have been robbed basically !!!!!!!!"

"Bought a jacket through Clearpay just before Xmas clearly for a present, \u00a3400, dpd delivered the item but got a card saying left over fence and dpd signed for themselves, sent all this as proof of not receiving the item, filled missing form out etc and even let the payment be taken out as thought it would be resolved and another jacket would be delivered, request got rejected \ud83d\ude21 why I\u2019ve no idea as they don\u2019t give you one they just take your money and the service you get in return is absolutely shocking, I\u2019ve spent thousands on this but won\u2019t spend another penny, they even had their own proof that the signature was not our and that of the dpd driver, I would stay away from this site as I am from now on \u00a3400 down the drain thanks to these"

"Stay away from Tessuti. First they sent only half of my order and it was me chasing them where is another item. Eventually t-shirt arrived dirty (they probably used it to swipe warehouse). When I complained they did not respond knowing that after 14 days I will loose my right to be refunded. Also why I have to pay for returning parcel if this is Tessuti's fault. I would advice everyone, do not buy from Tessuti!"

"Utterly useless, sent me the wrong item requested an exchange never heard anything back from them contacted them via there online form waited a week no response, had to get in touch with the via twitter explained situation 5 times to 5 different people no one would actually answer finally got an answer despite sending them proof of postage they refused to send to the correct items nor refund me so have now had to raise a chargeback claim with my bank which will take another 30 days to get my money back. don\u2019t waste your time ordering whatever you was planning to order, order from elsewhere trust me it isn\u2019t worth the hassle and if you have already ordered from there good luck your going need it."
