The reason why I returned this item is because of the the following:
-The fit, the item was too big considering the size range and was not flattering on me
-The item did not have lining on the interior, which I think it should have had
In conclusion the quality of bash clothing is deteriorating therefore I decided to return the item because I knew that I would not wear it at all.”

“The delivery is good, I had joined because I was supposed to get vouchers and have only received one so far so a little annoyed with that seeing as I have had the accound for so long. Payments are fine, finally figured out how to do a debit order. The range is fine, some of the stuff is not of great quality, but hey what can you do. Returns seem to be the most painful, so I just don't return items I do not like because of the hassle.”
“My main choice is 5 star but had a problem when ordering and the voucher did not load when i called the customer service i was told that vouchers no longer work as of the 1st of September. I did not write down the name of the person i spoke to on that day, she was the 2nd person on the day. I got an error when i loaded the voucher, but my gut told me to try again as the voucher option should have been removed if it was no longer working. I tried and it worked. I kick myself for not taking the name of that misleading lady, if calls are recorded then the recording can be reviewed for truthfullness.
What impressed me was the delivery time yho it was like i odered today and delivery tomorrow. I am very impressed and already looking at what i should order next. The quality of these items it so die for, thank you”
