“At the shop they don't give plastic when collecting. They can give you your 6 bags of items and you must see yourself how to carry it. Please advise if markhams it's not part of bash especially Jabulani Mall coz wow they don't give plastic 👎👎👎👎👎”
“My order was delivered within 48hrs which is great because it were split into three separate deliveries. Only one out of the 7 items I bought was incorrect. The Puma t-shirt was not the one I ordered, I received a t-shirt that was less that what I paid for online, so I had to explain a lot when I returned it in store
for a refund.
I have noticed that when I purchase an item online and the photograph of the item becomes blurred or blank when I go to check out, it means it is not available therefore I will receive something totally different. This is very deceiving and it has happened twice already.”
“The fan base arrived dented and the original fastening bolt underneath didn’t fit properly, so I had to improvise and use a normal bolt in order for the base to stand flat on the floor and not damage the floors.”
“Experience with bash was okay, it was easy to register and purchase and request a refund. Where it loses 2 stars is simply that during the refund process the delivery men showed up before I got a notification that the refund process was confirmed. This was very disconcerting as we live in South Africa. On top of that the delivery men didn't know what they were picking up which made it even more difficult. In the end I just gave it to the deliverymen on blind faith.”
“As first time user of Bash, I found it very efficient and quick especially because I had searched for the shoes at more than 5 Markhams stores without finding the shoe or size. The shoe was delivered within the specified time. However, the experience at the store when collecting was very poor. The cashier was rude and impatient with me as a customer yet when I arrived at the store they had not even captured the goods into the system.”
“The delivery was so poor my sneakers were out of the box because the box was torn. One sneaker was little bit out of shape. So far I love the design of the sneakers haven't wore them but the look fantastic.”
