“From ordering online to receiving my purchase the team have been great in keeping me updated on my order. Kate deserves a special mention as I believe she went the "extra mile" as although the item I ordered was showing as in stock it transpired that they had sold out but she used her initiative and was able to source the item for me rather than just declining the order. It was the 1st time I have shopped with Alpaca but I will definitely explore their website for future purchases and recommend their site to friends and family. Thanks team you delivered great customer service!”

“Ordered Friday 16/12 and product was delivered Wednesday 21/12 (there was a delay due to parcel being mis-sorted at UPS depot). Haven't checked item yet as it's a Christmas pressie. Tracking number was provided so I knew when to expect. Overall happy with purchase/service, happy to use this company again.”

“Apart from the beautiful scarf and quirky gloves, my contact with Chantelle concerning a delivery problem, made me very happy on a gloomy London day. She dealt with the problem very quickly and efficiently and made sure I knew how to deal with the new arrangements. She has such a warm and friendly personality, an asset to be treasured!”

“I spoke to a very helpful lady when I was deciding on sizes of slippers for my granddaughters. She was friendly and could not have been more pleasant. The slippers are for Christmas presents and I hope to be able to say how delighted the girls are with their presents later on. Thank you.”
