“Jack at Audiobarn is a great hangout for audiophiles, a very relaxed atmosphere lots of gear to drool over, good music and all the help you need from Jack himself. Situated in a beautiful part of Essex with tons of parking places. Get yourself over there, thoroughly recommended.”

“I recently purchased a Rega Planer 3 from Jack at Audiobarn. He provided excellent advise and insight in to how to upgrade my system in the future. Needless to say the Rega has produced detail and clarity on new and old vinyl that I had not noticed with previous turntables. Great service, many thanks.”

“The service from Audiobarn is excellent. They are very knowledgeable about the products they sell as well as some they don’t! I bought an Ekos se from the Audiobarn Steve,the linn set up guy, drove to my house in Southend on sea set up the arm onmy linn lp12 at my house so I didn’t have to be without my linn! Now that is service! I definitely will recommend the Audiobarn & will be buying all my upgrades from them.”

“I recently made a jump away from Naim and moved to a Vitus Audio SIA-025 together with a Lumin T2 streamer. To my ears, the improvement has been incredible providing a much more detailed sound stage and just pulling so much more out of the same speakers (Sonus Faber Olympica IIIs). Jack was fantastic in spending a couple of lengthy testing sessions with me and really working hard to put together something that worked for me. I highly recommend both these products and The Audio Barn.”

“Faced with the difficult task of replacing a pair of Martin Logan ESLX electrostatics, Jack was able to guide me through a range of potential units. As a key problem at home was room interaction (despite much acoustic treatment) Jack arranged home demonstrations of several pairs till we arrived at the right ones – ATC SCM40As. Without Jack’s advice, it would never have even entered my head to replace my trusty Naim 250 with active speakers. An excellent result. Thank you for your patience, Jack! ...part 2... during the speaker selection process, it became clear my digital source was now a weak link. After an extended home demo, the Innuos Zenith was clearly getting me closer to the music and I had to have it .... a decision made easier with the sale of the Naim amp! - another result thanks to Jack.”
