“I discovered Audiobarn purely by chance while researching Linn upgrades, and I am very happy that I did. The Jack, Ben and the team are very knowledgeable, and have been able to guide me with my purchasing decision making as well as answer any pre and post sales queries. The venue is quite something, but can be a bit tricky to find if you are not familiar with the area. Once you arrive though, you will be assured with a warm and polite welcome that makes the whole experience a joy.”

“Truly great experience. Staff were helpful and responsive. I was able to listen to my preferred Audio equipment, Abyss Diana TCs, within minutes of arriving in an amazing demo room. No pressure selling just left to decide. Within 4 to 5 minutes I'd made my decision and purchased the TCs. One of the best things about Audio Barn is that they are situated in a very nice scenic location with great countryside views. Also getting there is congestion free with ample parking. I could spend a day there trying out their vast range of headphones and audio equipment, it is just a great relaxed atmosphere.”

“Excellent Service from Jack & Ben. I was curious about the Nait 50 and Jack offered me a great trade in deal on my Supernait 3 which I was no longer using, making it well worth a trip around the M25 to collect the Nait just a few days later.”

“Ben was extremely helpful and also provided sound advice in relation to the potential purchase of new hifi stand given I’d bought the cable as I’d upgraded from an integrated to pre-power, hence the need for a Sarum T XLR. I’d thoroughly recommend Audiobarn for well informed advice and excellent customer service.”

“We discovered Audiobarn seven years ago when auditioning ATC speakers. We were so impressed with the range of products, advice and service from Jack that when the time came to consider upgrading our complete Naim system, Audiobarn was our preferred choice. Ben was very patient in clearly demonstrating the various incremental upgrade options, which was a great help. We decided on a complete latest generation system with a trade-in of our existing equipment. We are very happy with our purchase and always recommend Audiobarn to our family and friends.”

“The Audiobarn is by far the best hi fi dealer I've dealt with in 30 years. Jack, Ben and Graeme are fab guys to deal with and each of them have their own specialist areas and this is far better than dealing with "one man band" outfits who may be overly biased in one philosophy. I've dealt with them for two years and have an awesome yet futureproof/upgradeable system that has focused on the foundation of mains/power distribution and clean Ethernet for streaming. They have been very generous in loaning me gear to try at home - essential in my opinion. Thanks guys!”

“A nice place to visit. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful Jack and Ben take interest in what they sell and in a nicely relaxed atmosphere. Good, comfortable demonstration room in which you can listen to what you are interested in without interruption. Best 'dem' room I've visited. Excellent service.”

“Replacing some Naim equipment with the new NSC 222 and NAP 250, I was steered through the process by Ben and Jack. As usual, they were patient and completely non-pushy, whilst giving me plenty of time to audition, both in the Audiobarn and at home. Not having a car, Jack also arranged a courier to deliver and collect the home audition kit and also the final purchase boxes. A pleasure to deal with the pair of them, and I can't recommend The Audiobarn too highly.”

“Really appreciated the relaxed service. I requested to have a demonstration and was left alone to listen, without interruption, to a pair of ATC 50 Active SL Classics - ex demo, they even supplied the same preamp that I have - ATC SCA2. No dealer pressure to buy right there and then - I did shortly afterwards though, as they were exactly what I was looking for to replace my ATC 100 ATSL Anniversaries. Downsizing isn't easy - just need to sell my 100's now!”

“I had the pleasure of dealing with Jack at the Audiobarn earlier this year. I'd just returned from living abroad in the United States and was seeking to trade a very high-end piece that had become surplus to requirements. We rapidly came to a deal and within a short time, I was the proud owner of a Mola-Mola Tambaqui DAC which has now taken pride of place in my home theater system. The whole process was very simple, Audiobarn took care of all the shipping arrangements and when the Tambaqui was delivered, Jack took the time to thank me for the purchase and make sure that everything was as it should be. High-end Audio is well-served by dealers in the United States but it's rare to find a dealer here in the UK of the calibre of Audiobarn. I have no hesitation at all in recommending them. If you are serious about your HiFi then Audiobarn should be your first stop on your personal path to audio Nirvana”

“Want to thank Graeme and Jack at the Audiobarn for providing stellar help while I was choosing the Shunyata Everest power conditioner. They were more than happy to arrange a home demo (not just of the Everest but of another piece of equipment that I didn't end up buying) for around 2 weeks where I had the time to test it out at my leisure. Couldn't have asked for a more friendly and informed interaction -- far surpassing some other dealers that I tried out! Thanks again, very satisfied with my purchase, great piece of kit!”
