About The Author Incubator:

The Author Incubator was founded as a home for life coaches and other healing professionals committed to writing books that make a difference.

Unlike other publishers, which often focus on book sales and revenue for the publisher, we are committed to the success of our authors in the creation of the book, the publishing of the book, and in the promotion of the book and related programs, and to the readers in getting them the help and personal transformation they need.

“Writing the book made me really clear on who I work for, how I help them, and what my coaching offer is. Actually, pulling my work into a succinct package (and outline for a book) gave my coaching an upgrade. I love what's happening with my clients now as a result. It was a transformative process- I'm better for it and my coaching is too.”

“Angela is truly brilliant at what she does. She made writing a book in ten weeks seem totally easy. I love the connections and community she builds in her programs and all the little side opportunities that arise as a result. “I came into The Author Incubator wanting to write a book about suicide because I had so many clients last year tell me that the work they did through my program saved their lives and allowed them to let go of suicidal ideation. The problem I knew, and that Angela quickly and gently told me, is that depressed people don't want to read a book about suicide. That was not the book that would help my people. Working with Angela on how to share tools that I knew were saving people's lives, but in a way they wanted to receive completely changed the way I saw my business. The structured, step-by-step process of The Author Incubator forced me to come out of my ego - the safe place of the way I wanted to describe my clients' problems from the mountaintop fortress of having solved it for myself - and into their real-life experience of their problem. Meeting my clients where they are, both in my book and in my business, helped me see myself as a leader and how important it was to accept that role. I left the law firm I was working for, and I have already made more money in my second month out than I would have, had I stayed at the firm. This is a truly transformational, but structured and reliable, process.”

“Where to begin...There is simply no way that I would have completed my first book at this point in my life without Angela and The Author Incubator. Her process is so straightforward and makes writing a book so incredibly approachable. The accountability Angela and the authors provide makes it virtually inevitable that you will finish your book. There are other author coaches and publishing houses out there, but the most priceless part of The Author Incubator is Angela herself. Her combination of a loving + no bullsh*t approach plus the wisdom and experience of the best business coach out there today is simply invaluable. “Working with The Author Incubator made the creative process of writing my book a well-structured project with a completion date, otherwise a dream in my head for over two years. Angela Lauria helped me discover my servant’s heart and connect to my ideal reader even before I started on the manuscript, which was a huge first step. Her coaching throughout the journey clarified my thoughts and made me progress where I would have got stuck. Angela is sharp and acerbic and eggs you on to getting the result of completing your book. “Angela lays out an easy to follow structure to get your book done, but the real gold of the program is her coaching is the mental aspect of writing a book, especially if it is your first book. Being a private person, I felt really vulnerable writing my book. Angela was able to provide a different perspective and a firm hand that allowed me to transcend my fears.”

“Nice presentation. I get the math and the financial basis for the presentation. But I believe choices are sometimes more complex. Profit might not be the most important motive for publishing and financial need might seek an investor. I like the force with which you promote that one should bet on themselves. Thank you.”
