“The service was very good. When the courier (Yodel) failed to make the delivery and then returned the battery to the sender after promising to deliver the next day John offered to provide a replacement if I called at their office which was only 15 minutes away. Then I found that I had ordered the battery for the wrong version of my car and they happily replaced it for me. This will certainly be my first point of contact for car batteries.”
