“Faultless service. Their system matched the battery correctly to the car; the battery was delivered the next day, at low extra cost, by Yodel who have a good tracking system. In terms of installation, I give myself 4 out of 5 though.”

“Friendly service with people who actually answer the phone and give advice. OK, so my order went slightly wrong. I paid the extra for 24 hour delivery which didn't happen and was, in fact 3 days but it appears that was the result of parcel getting lost with the courier. Battery Guys sent out a replacement which did arrive in the prescibed time.”
