“Found the Battery Guys online (is there any other way?!) after needing a battery urgently at a better price than the local garages offered. Found one for £45 less on their store! Ordered before 3pm expecting next day delivery but that didn't happen as apparently they cancelled this option (because of the lock-down) though there was no indication whatsoever on every step of the checkout process right up until actually confirming the payment! Wasn't too happy with that. Received the battery 2 days later. I'm giving them 5 stars because they sorted me with an unexpected free battery upgrade as they actually didn't have the battery I ordered at the time of purchase (I found this out as the battery model was different so I called them up and John answered straight away and told me the situation)! So, overall, happy 😊”

“l ordered a motorcycle battery on Thursday5th November expecting delivery the following day, the following Monday 9th November l had to contact The Battery Guys when the battery failed to turn up the friendly chap l spoke to checked what was happening and told me that it would be delivered the next day it duly turned up at 5.30pm on Tuesday the 10th of November. The Battery Guys sorted it for me well done .”

“Was in need of a battery, got a battery from the battery guys. Easy enough to navigate, bought the recommended battery the the site offered which was the closes to the battery I needed and it works a dream. Affordable with free delivery and it arrived in good time. Highly recommended.”

“I ordered the battery Friday afternoon 9th October 2020 on the net. Received it early afternoon on Monday 13th October. Don't think I could have got it any earlier or costing less delivered to my door. They usually come next day but over the weekend it is to be expected to take a little longer. Thank you The Battery Guys”
