“OMGosh! It's a happy Fri for us! We received our chairs and they are absolutely even more than what we expected. And they are beyond comfortable! Worth the wait and while they are expensive, the quality, design and comfort is well worth it!”

“Disappointing! Placed an order over a month ago, No order arrived and zero communication from the company. I emailed asking about the order and got a response saying “good question. Let me check.”. Never heard a word from them again.” I did receive something from the shipping company saying the order was in transit,”

Hi Merideth, We have made changes so that our customer's wanting to purchase back-ordered items are aware of the delays. We also have increased our staff to better assist our customers. We hope that you will visit us again!

The default system is set to ask for a review at a certain time but obviously, the delivery time for all products is not the same and sometimes it takes longer for a product to be manufactured. “I just received my beautiful mirror & I can't wait to hang it above my dresser. It's absolutely gorgeous & the customized paint color I was able to select is exactly what I'd envisioned. The delicate roses have such exquisite detail & are so lovely. I'm thrilled to have found Bella Cottage... they were a joy to work with & even though my mirror was customized, it arrived rather quickly. They even offer easy payment plans if you'd prefer to break up your payments - to allow for other purchases. Lol! Overall, Bella Cottage offers gorgeous home furnishings & accessories and I will definitely be purchasing more items from them in the near future!”

“I just received my mirror. I really like the mirror but not real happy with the finish, too much grey. It would be nice to have seen a photo of how the finish looked on the mirror but that was not an option.”

“Very helpful customer service. Called me in regards to the back-ordered chairs and allowed me to make a conscious decision about waiting for the order vs ordering a different product. I needed chairs pretty quickly for a new house and appreciated the research on what was in stock and immediately available. My new chairs are being delivered in the next 2 days!”
