I was very happy with the dog and cat feeding stations that I purchased for my dog and 2 cats. The wooden holder had a beautiful wooden filagree on the front and back and held 2 metal dishes. It was also very easy to clean up from my messy eaters. I would recommend it to other pet owners who like a bit of class.

Great Communication and Customer Service. We are very happy with the Elegant Pale Pink Raised "Princess" Pet Bowl, with the gorgeous raised decorative surface. The Removeable Stainless Steel Bowls make for easy cleaning, between feedings.

I received one item ordered promptly; however, there was a significant delay receiving two of the items ordered. Received the other two items yesterday, and it was worth the wait. I am very pleased with the purchase. I understand delays in receiving can be anticipated with current, unstable global situations.

The piece is beautiful and arrived in perfect condition! The only reason for 4 stars is that I did not receive communication from the seller regarding shipping details. But the piece itself is lovely!

The default system is set to ask for a review at a certain time but obviously, the delivery time for all products is not the same and sometimes it takes longer for a product to be manufactured. I just received my mirror. I really like the mirror but not real happy with the finish, too much grey. It would be nice to have seen a photo of how the finish looked on the mirror but that was not an option.

Ordered a white elevated double dog dish, but then recieve an email that they no longer had white but cream and if that would be acceptable which I replied yes. However when I recieved my the dog dish it was more of a pink hue and not creme. I do plan on keeping the dish and sanding it and re-painting it myself.

The casing of this cabinet is a much darker gray than what the picture shows it as. Also, none of the shelves even fit. They were all to small so had to make new shelves for it.

Disappointing! Placed an order over a month ago, No order arrived and zero communication from the company. I emailed asking about the order and got a response saying “good question. Let me check.”. Never heard a word from them again.” I did receive something from the shipping company saying the order was in transit,

I purchased a Christy Repasy canvas print and it was too small for the place I needed it. Then I read the return policy and guess what her Art is not returnable. It is my fault for not checking the return policy which has several artists and brands listed as non returnable so I would check that out before purchasing. I do all my shopping online because I’m disabled and I have only had a very few stores who will not accept a return. I will not look at or purchase from you again. Buyer beware!

12/19/20 I haven’t received the book yet so I can’t write a review. I ordered it many weeks ago and have already checked on delivery once ....... hopefully I’ll get it before we leave on 12/22 as it is a Christmas gift for a family member.

SCAM operation. Ghosted me. Heather had confirmed they had a sideboard (Warren) in stock on July 8 and it would ship ASAP. I paid her invoice. As of Aug 18, no sideboard, no word on delivery, and after my 6 email messages and 3 voice mail messages - NADA. Completely ghosted me. Disappointing, as I wanted to support a woman-owned business. Seems like a scam. BEWARE.

After spending four thousand on a piece to be delayed by Bella Cottage for months, the cabinet is of very poor quality. It hurt even further to spend three hours reconfiguring the latches so the doors would properly close. My husband just said - gosh, they should now be paying us for the time we have spent on this cabinet just to get it to function. Very bummed out. Please do not spend your hard earned money here.
