“I ordered a wheat chain and a number 66 pendant for my boyfriend for Christmas. It's gorgeous! The chain is beautiful and of great quality, as well as the pendant. It truly was even better than I expected. I can't wait to give it to him for Christmas this year. It also came super quickly considering the number pendant is made to order. Thank you so much! Will definitely order from Black Bow again.”

“Ijust wanted to tell you that I received a delivery this afternoon. I was VERY PLEASANTLY SURPRISED to open it to find a nice blue box with a BLACK BOW on top. I was honestly not expecting this to arrive until next week. My girl just loves her new anklet and couldn't be happier. And if MAMA's happy, I'M HAPPY. Thank you so much for your support before the sale and expedient delivery. I originally messaged with questions back in August, but then got sidetracked along the way. I finally got her to sit and pick a pendant she liked and got it ordered last Sunday, and we received the package on Friday. Thank You Again”

“my experience was very pleasant, I'm extremely happy with my purchase. I initially ordered a different item that I didn't realize was on backorder. When I didn't feel like waiting any longer so I reached out to them and they promptly issued a refund. I was more impressed that the salesperson didn't leave it there but wanted to see if she could help me get something else. She sent me a few different items that she thought I might like and I found something better than I was initially looking for. She wasn't pushy at all in trying to get a sale. Normally when I buy online I look at the reviews and I always look at the worst ones first to see if there are any red flags. I've never seen a review page that had a 99% Good rating, I now know why. Thx for your excellent customer service.”
