“There was a problem with my original order. A necklace was shipped instead of the charm that I had ordered. After calling customer service, a new charm was shipped to me and I had to return the necklace. A packaging label was emailed to me so I attached that to the box when the charm arrived, swapped out the items, and put the box in the mailbox to return. The pieces look great but the mix-up was a bit of a hassle.”

“Well it’s a Christmas gift for my Husband so i will let you know what he thinks???? But as for me the Box the Black Bow Tie Awesome Well Done ❤️ The necklace inside could have been locked in place so when you open it, it would be display, not balled up in the corner of the box. But other than that WELL DONE 👍”

“The watch I ordered was extremely beautiful and eye dropping. However adjusting the band to fit my wrist was difficult, because it was too big even after adjusting it down. I had to pay a jeweler to customize it to fit my wrist. The price I paid was great and hopefully I will order something else in the near future. Thank you”

“This should be a 4.5 star rating. Would have given it a 5 star but the first watch I received was defective. The customer service on replacing the first watch was excellent. They sent me a postpaid return label and shipped a replacement rapidly. Anyhow I love the watch. Lightweight and very attractive. The ban is a latch band and lightweight. The watch itself I think is beautiful. I looked for a long time to find a watch like this. I feel the price was reasonable for the quality of the watch. I had never heard of the Black Bow company but would definitely use them again, especially since I am not a big fan of Amazon anymore. Nice to have an alternative source for products.”
