“Quality products with fast service”

“Black Bow Jewelry Co. The service was fast. I really like the silver snake chain that I ordered. The quality and weight of the chain are good. I am disappointed with the silver sun pendant. It is lighter than I expected. It is concave on the back side. The front side is filled in but not the back side. I would not recommend getting the silver sun pendant. Thank you for your understanding. And I hope you stay healthy and safe.”

“The customer service was amazing. The earrings are what i was looking for but i am disappointed in the clasps for closing the earrings. The first pair which was an endless hoop kept falling off. I exchanged them for a higher priced pair with a more secure clasp but it is very difficult to close it. Almost feels like I will break the clasp as i open and close it. Disappointing.”

“Very good service! Product cane in nice and just as described. Would have given 5 stars but I added a message to my gift box and it didn’t come with it. Other than that very good quality and would definitely buy from here again.”

“Pleasant people to deal with, fast service, pleased with product. Only issue was use of FEDEX "signature required" shipping. Might not have been home when FEDEX tried to deliver and might not have gotten merchandise; merchant should rethink this”

“I really liked the product! Its a great necklace but the first time i accidentally ordered the wrong size, i ordered a second to replace it but was not able to return the first because it had already been 30 days. I wish there was a way i could trade in the incorrect size to exchange for a longer necklace”

“While I love my necklace, the caduceus symbol has really sharp edges which pokes Into my skin from time to time. I paid a pretty good penny for this necklace and there shouldn't be any problems with it. So I gave it a 4”
