“I needed a gold charm for my sister's birthday to go on a charm bracelet that our family was giving her. I found one on the Black Box site that was a filigreed sun burst which was perfect for her. “My son was really excited when he found. The beautiful gold sailfish pendent,. Once we clicked on the buy now feature everything was magical.... I rec’d confirmation email and everything that transpired from there was such a positive experience. I even got a call from the store themselves talking about the shipment and that the item was in transit and so on... I have also gotten 2 follow up calls asking if my son liked the piece.... they guys will get my business again for certain! Thank you, Marc S. NJ”
