“It is great for the price, Even thought it does feel a little light. I am not sure if that's normal since it is sterling silver. I haven't taken it off. I love it and only polished it once.”

“Excellent, EXCELLENT customer service! During a difficult time for us all due to COVID19, online ordering and shipping are not at all what we’ve been accustomed to getting. There was a tiny snag with my order and I received an immediate one-on-one response to the issue. Everything was taken care of in a quality, courteous, timely manner. The service exceeded my expectations! I will definitely order from The Black Bow again!”
