“The necklace I bought appears I be well made and I like that is it so easily adjustable. Delivery was very fast. I brought it to my local jeweler and it weighed exactly what it was supposed to, so I am very satisfied with my purchase.”

“I was disappointed as the size of the charm I bought was smaller than I expected. I wrote what can only be described as a snarky email about it, and got a most pleasant surprise. Theresa reached out in an effort to help me. She sent me a link to the same charm in multiple sizes. She instructed me in exchange. I ended up keeping the original purchase, and can't wait to buy from them again. These people deserve your business. First rate.”

“I bought a Baltimore Ravens watch for my fiancé for our anniversary. He is a huge fan and has never owned a Ravens watch, and this one was beautiful. Except, my watch for my fiancé came damaged. I reached out to them and they quickly got back to me and got another one mailed out ASAP. The level of care and expertise with Theresa and the thank you email from Cory was beyond anything I’ve ever dealt with in a company. A1 and 100 million stars. A real class act, this company is. “I wanted a pair of platinum earrings, but as a professional man, I couldn't afford to have them appear too flashy. Black Bow had the perfect, subtle set of small hoops that are wholly appropriate for wear in the modern office. A small symbol of my success that's as discreet as a personal tattoo. The free shipping took longer than necessary, but not so long as to lessen my experience. Would CERTAINLY do business with Black Bow again.”
