“My package was due to arrive in 7-10 days and I received it in 3 days. The box and bow were adorable that it was wrapped in. My necklace is absolutely beautiful!! It was exactly what I expected. “I want to thank the team for being so very helpful and understanding. The communication was warm and responsive, and they continuously offered assistance should I have questions or issues. There were some misunderstandings about the shipping for the holidays, and they were understanding and kind enough to explain and work with me so that we were all happy. “Story goes like this: bought necklace for husband 12 years from a store in the mall. Had engraved with mine and 3 kids names, he hasn’t taken it off ever, pins wearing down, had repaired twice, can’t be fixed anymore, many compliments about it over the years, thick and 2 tones and perfect. I have googled this necklace a million times and could never find a replacement, used google lens this time and boom, black box has them. Ordered, just received. It’s perfect. It’s exact.”

“Service was great and friendly! I bought the 14k yellow gold anchor size large for my significant other for his 21st birthday and he is IN LOVE! He hasn’t taken it off since! UPS was late to deliver even with the expedited shipping fee; however, when I reached out I was immediately refunded the day of for the expedited shipping cost. I will definitely be purchasing again from Black Bow Jewelry Co. and will be recommending them to my family and friends. Thank you so much for helping me make his 21st birthday one to remember !”
