“The whole business of ordering online and then collecting runs very smoothly. I mainly buy white wine and there always interesting wines to try often made from grapes that I am not familiar with. I am rarely disappointed. The prices are amazing and I am now a regular customer.”

“There is always a cheerful greeting from the staff on arrival. They are always ready to help. I made a very quick visit on Friday to collect an order placed a few days previously, and it was ready for me to check out immediately. Full marks to the Calais Wine Superstore.”

“Ordered our wine on the internet, when we arrived it was all ready waiting on a platform trolley. We added more wine to our order. This time there were not as many boxes to choose from. The staff are always very pleasant and helpful, and the prices, as usual are great. We look forward to our next visit”

“Excellent service as usual. Everything that was ordered was set aside for us and collection was easy. We keep coming back and whilst this is somewhere you would think of keeping to yourself I have recommended to so many people so that it is there for when we want to visit. Knowing that you read all the reviews, a trim of the bushes and trees as you leave the car park would be appreciated. See you all soon and keep up the good work. Cheers.”

“Great communication re booking free Eurotunnel including a time change after booking which was my fault. I ordered online and simply had to call in and pay, wine was taken out to my car for loading. Service was great instore, friendly, helpful and with no communication issues as everyone speaks English. First class from start to finish. I paid in Sterling and inadvertently used notes which are from a Scottish bank - I’ve often had these notes refused in the south - but they were accepted without question.”
