“Another brilliant visit, pre ordered so wine waiting for us on arrival. Excellent selection of wines at much lower prices than in the UK. We have been visiting around 4 times of year for many years now. All staff are friendly and helpful. Travel booked free! What more could one need! Just praying there is some hope that we can continue to visit after Brexit. 😢Time will tell....”

“Customer Service was excellent on the day, very helpful, excellent advice when required, very professional set up. Price is very good. Add to that a Bucket of Mussels & Frits washed down with a pint at City Europe all makes for a good day out. Just hope that Brexit does not affect it in the future.”

“I have been purchasing from the superstore for some 10 years now, along with a group of friends. The selection of wines, opportunity to taste, pricing and service are excellent. In addition, we find their recommendations of local restaurants very helpful.”

“Excellent service placed my order online, order was already on the day of pick up. Great tasting station where you can sample all the different wines types. Excellent value for money with most wines being less than half the UK price.”

“This was my umpteenth visit. As on every other occasion my wine was waiting for me. The helpful assistant pointed out that the total displayed was greater than the total on my online order but that I would be charged the lower amount. The staff are unfailingly courteous and helpful, the value for money is outstanding. I hope that I can continue to shop there after Brexit.”

“Pre ordered but wanted to try out a couple of low price special deals. First Lady salesperson was very polite and spoke perfect English. She went off to collect my pre order which was already assembled on a trolley while I completed my tastings assisted by another knowledgeable assistant. Payed for my order minus discount and asked salesperson to push trolley out to car - no problem. In all respects very helpful, polite, efficient and professional set up. Best of all - low prices. As Arnie says “i’ll Be back”.”

“Once again Calais Wine Superstore delivers. Well actually they don't you do have to put a little effort in and go fetch. That in it's self is no problem, who doesn't enjoy a day out. A day out in France ( we went to Belgium too and had lunch ) is no hardship and when one is making the savings available at CW then it is a win win scenario. Yesterday 9th Oct 2019 it was the busiest I have ever seen it, can't think why....... None of know at the moment how things are going to shape up , I just hope common sense prevails ( Pete! you are talking about career politicians ...Damm ) and agreement can be reached, not just because I like CW and buying bulk wine with savings ( honestly ) but there are many people who are concerned about the futures. Whatever the outcome may be, Thank You CW for providing such a great service once again.”

“I had the placed my order on line. I arrived on the dedicated day, my order was boxed up, on a trolley and ready for me to load the n my car. A no fuss easy to use system, took ten minutes to collect and pay. Very impressed”

“been coming to calaiswine when it first opened in calais( it was next to the auchan ) but must say where it is now , it is alot better to park , love the staff, plus the owners, a lovley bunch guys, im 77years old, so come on get out of that chair, get in that car and save £££££, plus you will enjoy the day out, forgot £250.00 wine /beer there is a free trip, now that is a bargan,”

“Fantastic service, both through the website and once we arrived on Calais. The Eurotunnel deal made life a lot easier. Once at Calais our order was waiting for us and we were able to chop and change, which was perfect. Overall, well recommended.”

“We have been coming here for many years. A brilliant company to do business with. All the staff very friendly and knowledgeable about their wines. You can taste the wines before you buy. Most wines are half the price than that of the U.K. Hopefully depending on Brexit, we will be returning.”

“The Calais Wine Superstore is an exceptional business. It is customer-centred, well organised and offers a good range of products competitively priced. We've used this supplier for more than six years and watched it get better and better. The pre-ordering service works faultlessly and you can be in and out within 5min. Staff are bright focused and friendly, we tend to take the discount and not the free ferry/tunnel crossing”

“I have been buying at Calais Wine Supstore since Asda closed their store in Cite Europe. I hope that after Brexit they are able to stay in business. For me my frequent visits to Calais and Calais Wine Superstore will be greatly missed.”
