Took alot longer than the time given to deliver, (not Hermes fault) also said there was a malfunction with suppliers and would take another week yet when questioned they backtracked and said they would send out the same day,

Didn't get my order within the time slot 3-7 days, took money straight away on ordering,No communication going to be late, when i got in touch got told, struggling for materials and would get order, possibly the following week..asked for refund,still not received and then i get "HOW DID WE DO,RATE US"

They would be great it they actually fit & even better if customer services would reply to my emails so I could return them for a correct replacement

Requested next day delivery and paid an extra £9.95 for this. Mats were delivered 16 days later!!!!!! No contact number for the company and they haven't replied to any of my emails. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY

Placed my order on 30th October and to date have not received either the mats or a refund. Have never had any message to explain and have had to chase several times. Absolutely terrible company to deal with and would strongly recommend avoiding and using one of the many other companies offering the same or similar products. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Still haven’t received my car mats as of yet so that would be a great start being that I ordered 2 weeks ago

I bough this for my peugot 3008 and it did not fit the pins in the driver seat. This was not suitable for this car. Before I publish this review and to be fair to them I emailed the company 3 times hoping to get a replacement mat but no reply whatsoever. So I decided to publish this review. This is very poor service and not at all acceptable. I have wasted my money. I will continue to email to ask for a refund.

Totally unprofessional. 0 customer service. Didn't answer my email. Didn't deliver the goods. But hey, of course they sucked the money from my account.

Received the wrong goods, ordered mats with Blue Trim to match the car, however I was sent mats with Red Trim, sent an email to the customer service team - no response, completed an on-line message on their website, no response, sent another email to sales email address as to their sales teams email, ad they requested on their feedback email where a negative review might be submitted. WILL NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Wrong goods and no customer service ethics. Very disappointing.

Woeful company to deal with took my money straight away and the 3-7 working day delivery is a farce.I waited 12 days still no mats tried to get in touch with their customer service what a joke, only when i threatened legal action did they dispach my goods . I sent over 100 emails and they wouldn't answer if they worked on customer relations they might be ok . The mats are fine .

I still haven't received delivery two weeks after placing my order. I emailed The Carmat Company to enquire when I could expect delivery as it had been longer than the advertised seven days but I did not receive a reply. Would not recommend this company.

Sent me the wrong goods. Failed to answer any of my 3 emails requesting replacement. No phone number to call. In all, lousy customer service. To be fair, made a refund when I demanded it. Have subsequently got good mats (much cheaper) from another supplier.
