All the items have a lime wash on them and i feel i should have been told that the colour and look of the product would change and that the wardrobe drawers and dressing table legs would not be made from a single piece of oak. The customer support have tried to help and did reimburse me \u00a3150 but on a products that were expensive for example one wardrobe cost \u00a31750, i thin k i should have been offered more compensation. "Average quality imports. Superficially pretty but no substance. \r\n\r\nSadly not the artisan product their branding and marketing suggests. I might even say not fit for purpose. Who wants or needs a console table that they can\u2019t put a plant on?\r\n\r\nTotally ruined by a small spillage when watering said plant, even though it was wiped down within minutes. Though as you can see from the picture it\u2019s made from poorly finished and sealed mdf disguised as something better. \r\n\r\nFinally, as 90% of reviews suggest, the company doesn\u2019t appear to have a customer service function. If you\u2019re annoyingly persistent they reluctantly reply eventually. You\u2019d get better value all around at IKEA where they\u2019re honest about their proposition and you get what you pay for."
