The unexpected extras were a pleasant surprise and our little problem with the 12 / 9" rollers were rectified with no fuss and delivery was received next day. “Received one out of three as promised...do not answere phone so no feedback.... The downside as every knows is awaiting delivery so i may have to wait in two more times...to be honest i would never have purchased of your co. if i thought items were coming from different areas..bad customer service not happy”

My apologies for the mixup and inconvenience to you. This product is actually a single item, therefore there will be no further deliveries. Our phones have not be answered due to the Christmas break until the 2nd January. Please feel free to send an email if you would like us to arrange for a full refund
