“Good service from your end but had to go to fedex depot to get parcel as they didn’t deliver when they said they would. Also you should update your phone noon your website as neither of them works.”

“Goods arrived promptly, but there was a picking error. One quick email to them resolved the matter instantly and my replacement goods arrived two days later. A good example of great customer service : )”

“Great sandpaper (MIrka Abranet) Good prices. Quick delivery. Sane levels of packaging-if it could fit through a letterbox,then it SHOULD fit through a letterbox and it did so no having to wait in all day unnecessarily for courriers! Will be using these guys again.”

“Excellent customer service, prompt email replies and great delivery. All in all my first experience of trading with the Decorating store is great - will definitely be using them again .... & again!! I'm a trade customer so reliability is essential and these guys did not disappoint!”

“Overall was happy with website and ordering process. What was a disappoint was that I should have received the order on Friday but it didn't arrive until Monday which was an inconvenience for the job I was on. Also the e-mail I received from Parcelforce had a link so that I could track my order but that didn't work.”
