“I am still waiting for my order and no confirmation of the new order. So i dont know when to expect it , which makes future business less likely. A rival company who i ordered after you today have already sent me confirmation of order and dispatched it already. I am buying because of the mythic deal in future i would need more information.”

“I can't comment on the product as I am yet to receive it. I am also yet to receive any tracking information or indication of when it might be delivered. Read in to that why you may. Why ask for a review of a product/service that has yet to be fulfilled, kind of pointless and makes you look stupid.”

“I am giving such a low rating as I had a very bad experience with the mail carrier UK Mail, which was used to deliver my order. It took four attempts before a delivery vehicle came to my home, although UK Mail claimed to have attempted delivery on the first occasion but left no note. I was at home waiting for the parcel and three other people were in the house. In addition the front door was wide open. On the next two occasions I was given no explanation as to why no delivery was made and I was unable to contact UK Mail and speak to an operator, although I tried many times. I would not make any future purchases from a company that used UK Mail. However, the staff I spoke to at The Decorating Store were invariably polite, helpful and apologetic. I was told that the delivery charge would be refunded to my account. The parcel arrived well wrapped and in good condition.”

“Thought I was on to a winner, products seemed to be priced competitively, quick delivery and all very efficient, but was disappointed with the quality of the products I'd ordered. Probably won't be ordering online again as had I seen these products in the flesh I wouldn't have bought them.”
