“Good web site, order delivered promptly, but material was over 2 years beyond its "best before " date. Apparently all stock of same material had same date. At least they provided a refund promptly.”

“Received one out of three as promised...do not answere phone so no feedback.... The downside as every knows is awaiting delivery so i may have to wait in two more times...to be honest i would never have purchased of your co. if i thought items were coming from different areas..bad customer service not happy”

My apologies for the mixup and inconvenience to you. This product is actually a single item, therefore there will be no further deliveries. Our phones have not be answered due to the Christmas break until the 2nd January. Please feel free to send an email if you would like us to arrange for a full refund

“I ordered 6 X 5 lts. tubs of fence paint along with a sprayer. One of the packages was severely damaged, split open due to lightweight cardboard boxes used to contain them. Paint all over delivery van and the road etc. The driver was none too happy! But the Ronseal sprayer worked well and Will at the store quickly dealt with my complaint.”
