“Ordering process was very easy and delivery was pretty quick. ordered on 16/03 and delivered on 19/03 so can't fault that. Also got free delivery as spent over £50. Best price I could find as well. One thing I would say is do make sure that you test a small area first before using the coloured varnish. It does make this clear on the tin. I used light oak and it has dried with more of an antique pine finish. I had already started using mine and had 5 litres so was not sure of returning at that stage. My fault for not testing but I went by the colour swatch on the tin and the fact that it should get darker with each coat. l have emailed Rustins separately about the colour and will now have to order the dark oak to tone the colour down. It would be really useful if tester pots of the product were available.”

“The product was exactly as illustrated and described. It arrived well packaged and in within the anticipated delivery time. The delivery charges were reasonable and the product was noticeably cheaper than some other vendors. All together an extremely satisfactory service well recommended.”

“All items received as per order and very well packed. Unfortunately missed the delivery driver by about 2 minutes so had to wait for order to be re-delivered. Other than that no problems at all.”

“The reason for not Very Good is simply that I have yet to have a complete set of requirements fully fulfilled. There is always a couple of items or more where they are not in stock particularly the bulk pack buys. When I am considering a project I often have to buy a number of rollers and paint brushes for three people so that we all give the right finishes etc, so buying singularly reduces my profit overall ! Good to see that City Link do not appear to be your preferred carrier, the past two deliveries by Parcel Force have been perfect ( condition of contents in the packages ), so they obviously have their act together when it comes to handling the goods during transit. Please do not revert back to City Link . Adding freebies is a good idea, and perhaps a bundle of masking tape or sandpaper etc for every £100 spent would not go amiss, or for example, given my preference for Wooster Products, just a random product from their range to try or to pass onto a customer would be useful.”

“Everything went very smoothly. The sight included a very wide range of goods with some brands,such as Woosters,which are not stocked by my local merchants and everything was reasonably priced. I found the sight easy to navigate even for a technophobe like myself! The goods arrived on time, nothing was missing and I was happy with the quality. I will be using the sight again.”

“We have ordered from this company several times and delivery has been very prompt the last time we ordered after a week we still had not received goods phoned them up and they said that it had not come out of their warehouse but it would that day and received my paint the next day. No explanation was given to why this was so but I did receive my paint the next day”
