I placed my order on 1st Sept for next day delivery unfortunately the courier misplaced this so had to wait almost a week. I did call and speak to someone she was very helpful and went to source my bulbs. Got them in the end so happy and at a much better price than have previously paid elsewhere. Will give benefit of the doubt over this delivery issue and will order again.

I was very happy with the price and quality of the product and especially with the great care that had been taken to package the fluorescent tubes securely for transit. One small niggle, though. When I started the ordering process the delivery charge was quoted as just over £3, which I thought was very reasonable. However, as I was about to complete the order I was annoyed to realise that the charge had gone up to over £13, presumably based on my postcode, which is IV30 and this was assessed as being "Highlands and Islands". I live only a few minutes from Elgin which is on the A96 main road from Aberdeen to Inverness - hardly remote! As I really needed the bulbs, I completed the order, but it left a nasty taste considering that the delivery charge then comprised almost half the total value of my purchase. Had it not been for the delivery charge, I would have rated the company much higher.

Useless... Ordered Friday next day delivery, received Tuesday, BUT I ordered 2 Flourecent Light Bulbs and Received 2 Light Switches!!!! Phoned to sort order out...told to wait in all day Wednesday for wrong package to be picked up from FedEx no one showed!! Still waiting for the original order to arrive....6 days later.....let's see what turns up this time....a central heating boiler??????

Out of the 12 50w bulbs, received one 35w. Not a huge deal I suppose, just kind of irritating but not worth sending back and getting the correct watt.
