“Fantastic, I was looking at £20 for a special order for a bulb from a local supplier who told me that the company who need to send out special packaging for its length. I looked online found this site and got the bulb and another smaller one next day delivery for under £7. Came well packaged and working great service very easy!”

“Although bought as spares because I had used the last of my original T5 tubes the price and delivery were excellent. I ordered on Wednesday and they were delivered on the Thursday and appear to be a well known branded product. I will be using this company again when required. Thank you very much for a painless transaction. Best Regards Maurice Hutton”

“I was totally impressed by the service i received from customer services and the chat box conversation option that appears when you log onto there webpage, The response to my questions were answered within seconds and every one that i dealt with went that little extra to assist me which was the best product for my requirements. This company offer incredibly value and very low prices for branded products. I have started to recommend this company to my friends.”

“I placed a small order for 3 x T5 fluorescent tubes on Monday afternoon at 2:30pm. They arrived the next day by 09:30am. I hadn't paid for any special delivery other than the next day service and so I was delighted that they arrived so quickly. Great product selection matched by a great service. I wish this business well for the future”

“Partly as an experiment I ordered x5 of the latest dimmable Very Warm White LED GU10s and received x4 320 Lumen and x1 330 Lumen. Does one 330 Lumen matter (i.e. one is an extra 10 Lumen)? Not to me! I think its great that Bulbs2Go make a sensible decision (lets face it no one is going to identify 10 Lumen difference) and since we are all at the experimental stage with Dimmable LEDs I think some 'adaptation' is fine. The bulbs work REALLY WELL and what I find very impressive is that my wife who hated the "Bright White Floodlights' (as she called them) of the old none dimmable GU10s, cant even tell the difference between the Halogens and the Very Warm White LEDS. Great!”

“Superb service. The price of the fluorescent tubes are the cheapest available anywhere. Also, the next day delivery service at just £3.49 is amazing. The tubes were packed so well that there was no chance of them being broken in transit. Ten-out-of-ten for Bulbs2Go.”

“I experienced problems when trying to complete my purchase online. When I clicked to complete my order the screen would blink and nothing would happen so I had no idea if my order had worked. The chat box person was very helpful and had someone call me to complete my order. This person was also very helpful. After the website issues I finally completed my order at 16:52 (quite close but still before the 17:00 deadline for next day delivery) yet my order was still not dispatched despite paying for next day delivery before 5pm. I let the person on the phone know I specifically ordered because I was available all day the next day but not the day after. She said she would check my order had been dispatched the next morning and let me know (my phone rang but I was showering and missed it, I presume it was her which I appreciate :). I had to reschedule a planned trip to wait in a second day for my delivery. My scores for customer relations would be 10. The website issues and the 2 day delivery knocked this down to 5. The item was also well packaged and worked perfectly.”

I have also escalated the feedback to our Warehouse Manager regarding your failed Next Day Delivery as, like you say, you ordered well before the 5PM cut-off so there was no excuse on our part!
