“Very pleased with all aspects of your company. Quick delivery but because 1 package was broken I refused it, contacted you on internet and next thing I know had a phone call from a lovely person and the next day the broken package had been replaced with new products. I would certainly use you again. Saying that I am going to put another order in. Thank you so much for such good service.”

“Needed a 4ft tube for my kitchen light quickly,so went to my local store,but they hadn't got any, so onto the internet mid afternoon.Found bulbs2go,which seemed too good value to be true,but decided to give them a try.Delivered in perfect condition next morning at 10 am at about 1/3 the cost of my local suppliers including delivery.Fantastic service with a price to match.”

“I did not receive the goods or an email confirming dispatch. However, when I emailed to ask what was happening I was advised that my goods had gone astray in the depot. another pack was sent and received within 24 hours, so all good in the end.”

Hi Leah, I can only apologise on the behalf of our courier company for the problems you encountered with the order. It's a tricky business shipping large tubes as they are very fragile items and we do our best to ensure they are packaed adequately before transit. Once the items are in transit it's in the hands of our courier company to ensure they arrive with you safely. We know this didn't happen on this occasion and we are investigating the issue directly with them, so that it doesn't occur again in the future. I'm really sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

“If you are buying more than 1 bulb so you can spread the delivery cost, I would stronly recommend this solution - the bulbs are good value, the delivery is quick and their website gave me enough information to get the correct bulb! I would use again - Gordon Webb - Surrey”

“I ordered some halogen mr16 bulbs at 16.20 on Tuesday 19th January and they arrived at 10.45 on Wednesday 20th January (ie just over 18hrs) amazing!! The bulbs are exactly as described are of good quality (General Electric) and reasonably priced. Excellent service thank you very much, I will certainly be recommending Bulbs2go to all of my friends and relatives.”
