“Order delivered in two days. I was contacted by company on same day as order placed to say one item was not in stock. They suggested a suitable replacement which I accepted. Order well packaged, no breakages, and all working great at reasonable price.”

“Hi yes very pleased to write a review for you. We ordered so close to Christmas, and didnt really think that we would receive in time, but you even got the item to us early, and had time to wrap and put under the christmas tree. Brilient service. Thank you very much for all your help and excellent service, cannot praise you guys enough for that, you made someones Christmas. Best of luck for 2016”

“Was not going to leave a review as no point really. Ordered 2 E14 LED bulbs for 2 new touch type table lamps. Both make a noise on touch 1 and 2 and on touch 3 the lights also start to flicker. Have tried other LED bulbs from my daughters lamps and they are ok with no problems. Tried the new LED lights in my daughters lamps and they make the noise and flicker in these lamps as well. Reported it to your support desk several days ago and nothing has been done. Will not be purchasing from you again. Bye.”

“I made a mistake in my original order which was dealt with immediately and without question. I was advised that the bulbs I had meant to order were discontinued and new versions recommended at a lower price. These arrived the following day. All in all very good and efficient service, thank you.”
