Hey there. Sorry to hear of the trouble you are having with your product. Unfortunately the item you purchased via our eBay store (Wylex NHRS10SSLHI) doesn't come with MCB's or RCBO's. This is stated within our product description that you can find here: http://ebay.eu/2qoXqWS. If you would still like to return the boxes, please open a return case via eBay and one of our team will be in touch with all the details. We do recommend that you send these goods back via a tracked courier (just so we have proof of delivery when they arrive in our warehouse). Alternatively please give our sales team a call or drop us an email (sales@electricalguys.co.uk) and we can get the return arranged for you. Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

“Items arrived promptly. They had been well packed, which was a good thing because Royal Mail managed to damage the outside. I will deal with The Electrical Guys again when I need to make further such purchases.”
