“Firstly, was very helpful over the chat interface, but unfortunately my order was delivered broken and incomplete. However, this was very quickly resolved with minimum fuss and a replacement and completed order delivered the next day.”

“Had in stock the exact replacement for a faulty light fitting in our bathroom. The item was cheap, reasonable postage charges and arrived when they said it would.”

“Next day delivery was not achieved, ie. 13th April, item arrived on 20th. I ordered a fluorescent light fitting that was poorly packaged resulting in the tube being broken.”

Hey, Thanks for getting in touch. Sorry to hear your goods didn't arrive with you on time. I've just had a quick look into this and it does look like you ordered with us after 4PM on the 12th. This means your goods were dispatched out from our warehouse on the 13th for delivery the next working day. Due to the long bank holiday weekend (Good Friday and Easter Monday), your item was then delivered the next working day which was Tuesday 18th. I'm really sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. We would love to hear your feedback on how we can communicate our holiday times a little better. We also look forward to hopefully seeing you again next time! :-)

“Ordering and receiving the Electrical meter box was simple and great. However when I received the box there were so many scratches and marks on the meter box itself.”

“Ordered to rhino tubes for our vans. Unfortunately one was delivered damaged. After calling customer care they picked up broken tube and replaced it with a new one the next day. Great customer service.”

Hey Steve, Thanks for getting in touch and taking the time to submit a review. Sorry to hear your goods didn't arrive with you on time. I've just had a quick look into this with the team and it does appear it dispatched out from here on the 6th for delivery on the 7th. However, I can see it was 'refused by the consignee' on the 7th (which was a Friday), so they re-attempted delivery on the Monday. I can only apologise for this and we can log this with Fedex for future orders. We hope to see you again sometime soon :-)
