“I had a power cut and when the power came on my alarm panel had stopped working. It looked like maybe there had been a power surge and it had blown the panel. It's a fairly old system and I was surprised to see the electrical guys still sold the same panel. It came quickly and was easy to fit and am happy to say worked. Was a lot cheaper than a call out to an alarm company to sort.”

It's only typical that as soon as you buy a heater in the UK we are hit with tropical weather making it hotter than the Algarve! But hey, that's why we love it. “My order seems to have been ignored, placed the order a week ago and it never went beyond the 'processing' stage. I haven't received any notification of delays from them and two attempts to contact the company via email have been ignored. I would recommend buying whatever it is you're after from Amazon, at least their customer service is professional, not like this company VERY UNSATISIFIED WITH THIS COMPANY”

Please rest assured your order was not ignored by our team :-) Due to the long bank holiday weekend, our office was closed on both the Friday and the Monday, hence the delay in your order shipping out from our warehouse. We did advertise this on the website at the time, just to make sure our customers knew there would be a slight delay in shipping.
