Having looked into it does seem like there was a delay in dispatch from our warehouse and I can only apologise for this. I have gone ahead and initiated a refunded for your carriage cost to apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. We hope to see you again sometime soon!

Hey Gillian, Thanks for taking the time to submit a review. Sorry to hear your goods didn't arrive with you on time. As you ordered on Saturday, the goods should have been dispatched out on Monday for delivery Tuesday. I have just looked into this however and it seems for some reason they were not dispatched out until the Wednesday. I can only apologise for this and will raise the issue with our logistics team. I have gone ahead and generated a refund for your carriage cost to make up for any inconvenience this delay in your delivery may have caused. We hope to see you back shopping with us sometime soon! :-)
