“Delivery - was told next working day but 4 days later I'd heard nothing. I phoned and was told it would be looked into but no call or email back. I bought 'Thor hammer' wall light for my sons birthday which as a result of not getting them on time as promised, has now been a let down and resulted in an upset son and an annoyed dad. I would like to be contacted in regards to this as you have really let me down. 07737213206”

Hey Owen, Thanks for taking the time to submit a review with us. I'm really sorry to hear of the trouble you have had with your order. I've just spoken with our customer care team and they assure me it was dispatched on Monday night for delivery on Tuesday. However I've looked into this further and it looks like there was an address query from Fedex which caused the delivery to be delayed. Our team have passed on all the relevant information now needed so it should be out for delivery today. Our team have also tried ringing you on the number you provided numerous times now, but it seems to just keep ringing out? I believe they have now left you a voicemail, If you give us a quick call they'll happily get this sorted for you. Apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused you and your son. Rest assured our team are working hard to solve this for you.

“Items were shipped really fast NEXT DAY delivery. One item was damaged in transit and they replaced damaged item very fast. Good Company to work with.”

Apologies however that your goods did arrive damage, but glad our customer care team could handle this for you and get a replacement out. “Item shown in stock when ordered, but nothing arrived and no contact from them to tell me it was on back order with no due date. Only found out when phoned them on the 0844 costly number. They were polite and gave me a refund.”

Hey, Thanks for taking the time to submit a review. Sorry to hear your goods didn't arrive as expected. It does look like we shipped them out from here on the 8th but the Fedex tracking is reporting an issue with the delivery on the 9th, hence why it wasn't delivered until the 10th. I can only apologise for this on behalf of Fedex. I have instructed our team to refund your carriage charge and this should show in your account in the next few days. Apologies again for any inconvenience this caused and we hopefully see you back shopping with us sometime soon! :-)
