“I ordered 2 meter boxes when they where deliver both where serenely damaged so replacement where sent 1 was damaged again Both boxes where not in a new looking condition. I did not send the second damaged box back as I had tradesman waiting to fit it.”

Hey Brett, Thanks for taking the time to submit a review. Sorry to hear your second batch of replacements also sustained damage in transit, I can only sincerely apologise for this. I have escalated this with our warehouse to investigate both the packaging and the handling of the meter boxes when they are passed to the carrier. Apologies for this and I hope we can make it up to you in the future. If you have any further questions please give one of our team a shout.

“This was the second time dealing with them and must say even though 1 item was damaged it was replaced next day now that's perfect for us will be using these people from now on”

“you never sent me an invoice now my accountant is chasing me and I a have to waste my time tring to find it and writing you this note and theres no where on your website for this hence this this the only place you left me I don't want to leave a bad review but whats my choice?”

“"I have not had any central heating in my flat for 15 years due to the local housing trust and\r\ntheir bldg contractors GREYSTONE OF BASILDON ESSEX. Better know as B B L ! = \r\nBODGE IT BANG IT & LEGIT. “I needed 2 x 5ft fluorescent tubes and the Electric Guys had just what I needed at a very competitive price, ( one of the cheapest). At first I was worried ordering such a delicate item via the post, but I didn't need to worry the tubes were very well packaged and arrived two days early as well, win,win. I would recommend them....”
