“Quick delivery, reasonable price. Product does what it's supposed to. Only slight problem is there are burrs on the metal fins that cut your fingers.”

“Fast delivery. ...huge box for a small mcb...would have gone in a jiffy bag and then carriage could be cheaper ? !”

Hey Andy, Thanks for taking the time to submit a review. I'll definitely pass this onto our warehouse team for a further look into. As some of our items are pretty delicate we sometimes send them in a larger box to ensure they are protected in transit. So this may have been the reason for the bigger packaging. “I was very happy with the service from the Electrical Guys! My lamps arrived on time, and in perfect condition, as promised. In fact, I am also looking to purchase 2 off "Thorn" 5 ft, 58W single high frequency "pop packs", please could u kindly quote for these? Many thanks, Paul Hopkins.”

Hey Robert, Thanks for taking the time to submit a review. Sorry to hear of the trouble you had with your order. As you placed your order with us on a Saturday, the goods were then dispatched out on the Monday for delivery Tuesday. It does look like the courier may have attempted delivery a few times, so I apologise if they didn't leave a calling card to say they had. I have just spoken with our customer care team and I now believe you are in receipt of the goods? I again apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and we hope to see you again another time.

“Product arrived very late which was due to a driver being involved in an accident, so I am not going to complain about him. I was disappointed however that no one contacted me to let me know that the delivery was not happening. I had to ring to find out where my items were. A nice lady looked into this and I was sent replacement items. Then there were 2 screws missing from the packaging but luckily my husband has many different sizes of screws and we found 2 that would fit. So overall my experience was average.”

“This is a 2 PIN lamp so please do not order if you are looking to replace a 4 pin lamp like me. I was planning to return but The Electrical Guys were so helpful and refunded me the cost without even returning it. I hope they change their description to include this text "2 PIN".”

“Customer Service, price and speed of delivery You will struggle to find a better company than these guys in terms of Customer Service, price and speed of delivery. I contacted them when one of my lamps was faulty, they immediately sent a replacement (free of charge) and it was delivered by Courier at lunchtime the next day.”
