“We ordered 50 electric radiators and they arrived a couple of days later. Four of them were damaged. We report this to them and got excellent service. The damaged heaters were replaced within three days and the damaged one picked up FOC. They were an excellent price, cheaper than we found them anywhere else. Will definitely use them again.”

“Great selection of products, fluorescent tubes arrived safe and well packaged - would use again. My only concern is the delivery company who left the item with a neighbour but failed to advise me with notification through my door and the details online were incorrect as they had the wrong name and NO details which number house the parcel was delivered to. I’m glad I have honest neighbours or it would have been easy for my order to have disappeared without a trace! Other than the issues with delivery my review would have been 5 stars!”

“Thanks to Tod, we ordered a convector heater but when it arrived it was faulty, Tod organised collection of the faulty heater, and delivery of a new one in the same day! This may sound silly to some but it meant I only needed to stay in one day and that’s a huge help thanks Tod five star service”
