very good company to deal with - fast delivery excellent prices and good communications - if I was to make one criticism it would be the web site is a little bit slow - but overall highly recommend

Bulbs were delivered on time and price was good only issue was packaging they came loose in a large cardboard box I would have expected there to be packing material so they didn't bounce around in transit - I hope none are broken I haven't tested them .

Hi Nigel, Sorry to hear the packaging wasn't up to scratch. I'll be sure to pass your feedback onto our warehouse team as that definitely shouldn't have happened. If any happen to be broken when you install them just get in touch with our customer care team and we'll be happy to ship out replacements for you. :-)

good choice of branded products, some descriptions not great ie 4ft tube is 1050mm long here not 1200 long like most people, speedy delivery, well informed will use again but check measurements in mm not inches in future.

Paid £6 for next day courier delivery and was promised an email when order shipped. No email on delivery day so phoned them about midday. They were full of apologies since order had not been sent and they instantly refunded the £6. Order arrived the following day. So reasonably happy.

Service was quick and on time- only let down by all the bulbs being smashed due to absence of protection in plastic bag- plus side was that phone call sent fresh set out same day correctly wrapped- thanks Mandy Martin

Ordered Wednesday evening, arrived Friday morning. Ordering online was straightforward though the confirmation email did not arrive. I called to check the order. Phone answered immediately and order confirmed. The receptionist also checked the tracking which was accurate. I was very satisfied and would use again.

Excellent service and good value but delivery by TNT not so good despite telephone calls and internet communication. It is difficult to call it prompt delivery even though TNT called twice whilst we were out despite being informed of this and did not leave the small items I had ordered. Still trying to track down a delivery date. This is not the fault of Bulbs2Go.

Ordered a combination of bulbs and Tubes, at very good prices. A very quick despatch on both types. Only downside was that the deliveries were split and didn't get any notification of this. that was the only "grumble". Other than that I will be back for more "kit" in the future

There was a problem with the posting of the package as I received the order for a firm in Durham rather than my own. However, the young lady on the telephone was very polite and very helpful and the whole situation of returning the wrong package and receiving the right one happened in reasonable time.

Bulbs2Go customer service was very good and responsive. The same cannot be said for your delivery company. They supposedly tried to deliver the first package to us 3 times before sending it back to you but we got no notice of these attempts. It was only when the package was reshipped a couple weeks later that we received it.
