“The delivery people managed to break the first bulb but bulbs2go sorted it out very quickly and delivered a new bulb the next day with zero hassle.”

“Great availability and price. One grumble was despatch email arrived day after DPD made first attempt to deliver order, this failed as I was not expecting it. Rearranged for following day which was successful. Suggest despatch email be sent immediately.”

“excellent service and help with 'live chat' when needed. also kind telephone call to advise non delivery at promised time due FEDEX mix up. as a thought might be an idea to suggest that 'next day delivery' applies if orders not received late in the day eg mine was placed at 5pm...i never really expected next day receipt. all in all very good”

Hi Malcolm, Thanks for the positive review and we can only apologise again for the mixup with our carrier. I'll pass on the feedback regarding delivery to our team. Our website does show that next day deliveries only apply to orders up until 4PM. Although if this isn't prominent enough Malcolm we'll get that sorted out ASAP! “Very speedy delivery, but massively overpacked. Now I've got to find some way of disposing of twenty eight cubic metres of packing material. And the bulb was in the very bottom of the box, and so not protected by any of it.”

“Well, they arrived fine, well packaged, and I presume they all work. The ones I used seemed fine, and the online chat was helpful as I was not sure Which ones I needed. The price was cheaper than other brands, so I bought 6, I had originally only needed 3. So good. Arrived a few days later so good instead of very good.thanks.”

“I was very happy with the price and quality of the product and especially with the great care that had been taken to package the fluorescent tubes securely for transit. One small niggle, though. When I started the ordering process the delivery charge was quoted as just over £3, which I thought was very reasonable. However, as I was about to complete the order I was annoyed to realise that the charge had gone up to over £13, presumably based on my postcode, which is IV30 and this was assessed as being "Highlands and Islands". I live only a few minutes from Elgin which is on the A96 main road from Aberdeen to Inverness - hardly remote! As I really needed the bulbs, I completed the order, but it left a nasty taste considering that the delivery charge then comprised almost half the total value of my purchase. Had it not been for the delivery charge, I would have rated the company much higher.”
