“Everything was excellent with the small exception that Electrical Guys did not email me on the day of despatch to say that it had been despatched and my account only showed it as processing late that night which caused me to query with them next day if the order had actually left. But goods did arrive on time, well packed and competitively priced so nearly perfect and happy to recommend them.”

Hey David. Sorry to hear you didn't receive a dispatch confirmation email. I'll chase this up with our IT team just to double check that it isn't a regular occurance. I am glad however to hear that everything did arrive on time regardless and was well packaged by our warehouse. “Next day delivery, although I couldn't track or discover if the item had been sent until after fed ex had delivered, which was 8.20 am. Check your junk mail folder, because everything goes there, why?. Apart from that, items seem fine,and well packed, so I would order again when needed.”

“Everything fine apart from courier leaving package against door, which opens outwards ! No tubes shattered so hopefully ok”

“Easy web-site to use provided the exact replacement tubes I needed at a reasonable cost. Attracted by next day delivery, but didn't happen, because I ordered on a Friday, so tubes arrived on following Monday!!! Silly me didn't read the small print. Still a good site, considering repeating the same order as spares. Terry S/Wales.”

“easy to set up and easy to understand. it makes an immediate impact showing which appliances are power hungry. it does everything i require and should start to pay for itself many times over. even my wife and son are taking notice.... something thats not happened before....long may it last.”

“very quick delivery of product [next day]. Some small issue with delivery charge which was resolved with online chat. The radiator controls are a bit cumbersome and don't give a full range of options i.e being able to set up different temperatures at differing times. There is no quick switch-on control.”

“Goods arrived VERY quickly (12 hours!) (how do they do that...?) As described and very good price. Only slight grumbles: 1. Delivery man (FedEx) didn't ring the bell, just knocked. It's a big house, and a flook that I happened to be near the door. "I prefer not to use the bell"...??! 2. Package was WAY too big for the contents. (Wasteful and fills-up the bin!) Minor issues tho', and I'll be back.”

“I ordered ten 30cm fluorescent tubes. They were delivered promptly, however three were broken in transit. I reported it to Bulbs2Go and they replaced them the next day without question. Very impressive!”

“There was a mistake in the packing - two products in the box we were sent instead of 1 - but replacements were dispatched straight away and were well packed. Will definitely use again.”

“I did not receive the goods or an email confirming dispatch. However, when I emailed to ask what was happening I was advised that my goods had gone astray in the depot. another pack was sent and received within 24 hours, so all good in the end.”
