“A lot of fuss made over a simple purchase of a couple of household bulbs - parcel tracking etc etc. Too many emails. The parcel was well packaged but, again, rather overdone in a box big enough to hold a fridge!”

Hey Jackie, Sorry to hear you were disappointed with the service. We've found our customers love the ability to keep an eye on their orders and this ensures if any problems do occur we have a paper trail to get it resolved as soon as possible. “Item did not arrive at expected destination and was delivered to a shop beside my flat instead of to a neighbour. This was resolved however and I now have my parcel so that aspect of service is good However, due to the delivery companies error, I will not order again unless bulbs2go change delivery service as I need to know where my parcel has been delivered via a calling card.”

Hey Lysette, I'm really sorry to hear of this and I apologise for any inconvenience that may have been caused. It seems on our records that somebody else signed for the goods upon arrival - so we are reaching out to Fedex to get the full details on this. Once we have determined where the goods are we can either arrange a refund or have them forwarded onto yourself. I will get our Customer Care team to get in touch once we have some more information. I again apologise for any inconvenience? this may have caused.

“Had a problem but still very impressed. The ceiling switch I ordered arrived next day but was faulty out of a brand new sealed pack - very unusual. I contacted the Electrical guys and was assured a replacement would be despatched the same day to be delivered by 10.00am the following morning to enable me to compete a job the same day. They checked the replacement worked and It arrived at 9.45am. Job completed as planned and my customer never knew of the problem. We all know that problems do happen and it is how they are handled that marks out one supplier from another. Would happily recommend this one.”

Hey Phil, I've just had our customer care team chase up your order and it seems it was signed by P.Stringer on the 9th March after shipping out to yourself on the 8th. “I was unable to get these bulbs anywhere where I live even B&Q told me they don't stock these as I would have to go to a specialist stockist. They arrived very quickly in excellent condition and I will definetly be ordering some more soon Ali g with all of my bulbs.”

“Very pleased to find T5 / G5 Fluorescent tubes of the length required for my Illuminated Mirror. Not available in Screwfix or B&Q. Liked Bulbs2Go site as was able to check dimensions and colour (Daylight). Also surprisingly cheap for GE branded Tubes. Slightly disturbed to see they are made in China, but what can you expect for the price. Arrived next day and amazed at size of box. However filled with Flopack so absolutely no chance of damage to Tubes. Both tubes worked and light O/P and colour temp good. Overall very pleased and would not hesitate in recommending to others.”

“Delivery exactly as stated: next day! Spoke once or twice to a charming young lady (Heidi?) who re-assured me that the order, placed late one evening, was going through, even though no money had gone from my account, which only happened once the good were here.”
