“Initially telephoned from Scotland to confirm that they could accommodate me by delivering within a one hour time slot on a specific day. Gentleman confirmed they could and kindly offered to take order on phone but I was still considering options available on their web site. Ordered with ease online from a wide choice. Aunt delighted with the beautiful arrangement received. Would recommend.”

“Keith Knowles , I use the Flower Emporium for both delivery flowers and collecting when i need a personal selection the service and guidance is excellent ,the quality is always good at competative prices .”

“I contacted the Flower Emporiume between 11am - 12pm today and asked if I ordered some flowers for my mum would they be able to drop them off today before 4pm as she leaves work at that time ! They delivered them before she left work and I was so great full and the flowers were beautiful! Thank you so much for all your work and getting them their on time ! Charlotte”

“I have ordered flowers to my boyfriend in Stockport from Thailand, i am not much good in English and i forgot telling his address and phone number then i tried to sent email to tell more information and the flower emporium could sent flower to my boyfrien at the right place on the right time, thank you so much, i will order flowers from the flower emporium again xxx”

“When we phone from overseas you are always quick, It helps to have us on file. Impressed that you don't repeat the credit card number for anyone else to hear. Everyone who has had flowers from us , via you, have always been very pleased with your selection. We always leave it to you to make the final choice as you know your stock and what is good at the moment. Will continue to use you Cheers Ruth”

“I've used the flower emporium on numerous occasions they've always delivered the most amazing flower arrangements time after time !!!! I've never even been to their shop, it's always a call over the phone and delivered exactly as requested I only ever use them , they are charming over the phone and easy to deal with !! First class service !!!”

“Lovely friendly helpful staff. All my orders so far have been via the phone and the service has been fabulous. On one particular occasion my delivery was processed and the delivery happened in under two hours. Will happily recommend and will most definitely keep returning.”
