“Good price and great service. Our Lawnfilte lawn tractor was delivered fully assembled, tested and fuelled a few days after placing the order. The delivery driver was really good at showing us how it all worked, he explained all the controls and features and stood by as we had our first drive around in it. He also spent time explaining what the basic maintenance requirement were and gave us a few tips on keeping it in good working order. Overall we're very happy with our experience with The Green Reaper.”

“I found what we wanted straight away, bought it without any problem and it was delivered in 3 days. Excellent. I will not use Paypal again as my requests regarding delivery did not appear on an acknowledgement from Paypal and gave me concern that DHL would not leave our purchase if we were out. Any print out from email was not a straightforward receipt for payment, which I was to reclaim from our Church for whom the machine was intended.”

“Ordered one day (Thursday ) delivered 24 hours later. ( Excellent ) However after setting up mower (CUTTING HEIGHT 5 )and starting to use it for 10 minutes but found that it felt very tight to push even although it was on fast self propel speed 5, motor also was very hot and then machine cut out no power. As per instructions adjusted cutting blades to higher setting and after an hour started to use again but still had same problem. I then called Webber service dept. ( as per warranty card ) who advised me to take it to nearest service provider under warranty as they thought that it sounded that that the belt was too tight. I put the machine in the next day ( Sat ) and was told it would take between 7 to 10 days. As of today (SUNDAY ) I am waiting to hear when it will be ready for use as I was only able to use it for about two10 minute spells before breaking down. I hope that this is a simple fault that can quickly be put right, as I it has now raised some doubt in my mind about this product. Jim Henny PS I Previously had an ATCO Electric mower which is the same this model for 18 years and never had any problems.”

“Initially I was a little disappointed as the information on the website stated that there would be a minimum of two weeks delivery on a dumper trailer (may put some people off) , but given that I was in no hurry to use same that was OK. Ordered trailer on Monday - delivered direct from SCH on Thursday afternoon Fantastic service, Thanks very Much Tony (Cumbria)”
