“I was having some difficulty finding a rollerball refill for an old Waterman. I had a chat on the 'phone and sent a photo against a ruler for scale; result.... rapid receipt of a perfect twin pack at a reasonable price. I am a very satisfied customer!”

“Straightforward, easy website for finding the item I wanted and for processing the order&payment. Fast dispatch&arrival. “I buy notebooks, pens and ink from Hamilton and think they are a very good source. Goods are honestly described on their website and delivery takes just a couple of days. They have also helped me with advice on at least one occasion. I'm very glad I found their website.”
